Mindfulness online – self care

In these extraordinary times we need to take care of our psychological well-being. Learning to meditate in silence is a skill; a skill that can be learned. We are now offering our 8-week program online. The MiCBT program can provide an invaluable skillset no matter if what is stressing us is home-schooling the kids, living 24/7 with our partners, managing work from the home space or not being able to spend time with loved ones. We have a program starting at the end of August in case you may be interested.

Program participants develop an effective meditation practice that they can sustain using the audio instructions and program notes. They will gain a good understanding of the relationship between mind and body – thoughts and body sensations as well as the ability to apply skills to behaviour change. Participants typically report being much less reactive and more peaceful after the program.
