New group mindfulness program dates

As we get to the end of what has been another challenging year we are starting to look ahead to the New year. We are excited to be offering our group programs again in 2022. We are running the 8-week online group program starting in February. We also have a new offering; a short 4-week refresher program. This is something that has been requested for some time and we are very happy to offer it this year. The refresher program is intended to consolidate the skills learned in the 8-week program or in individual therapy. We look forward to an exciting year ahead.
