New MiCBT publication and Mindfulness research update

Apr 9, 2019News and Research

We are excited about the publication of “The Clinical Handbook of Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavior Therapy: A step by step guide for Therapists”. Sarah was delighted to work with Bruno Cayoun (the developer of MiCBT) and Alice Shires from Sydney University of Technology on this project and we hope that the book will help to disseminate MiCBT more widely in the clinical community.

This is the clinician’s version of a previous publication for client use, which is also available at mindfulness.net.au.
