Maintaining your meditation practice
The Mindfulness Institute is committed to ensuring that people who have invested in learning the MiCBT techniques are supported to maintain their skills. We offer regular mindfulness sessions for all past clients.
Free Online Meditation Sessions
We offer a 30 minute group meditation session for those who wish to maintain their meditation practice three times a week –
- Tuesdays at 8am (lead by Boyd Cowley)
- Wednesdays at 7pm (lead by Jill Beattie)
- Fridays at 12noon (lead by Sarah Francis)
